AIA Rethink Healthy Zone
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE
1. This event is organised by Great China Entertainment Group Limited, the event organizer.
2. The access and use of the AIA Rethink Healthy Zone are limited to individuals holding a valid AIA Carnival admission ticket and each eligible guest can only enter the AIA Rethink Healthy Zone once. Due to its limited capacity, seating is subject to availability at the time of visit.
3. Each eligible guest may bring one child under 3 years old into the AIA Rethink Healthy Zone.
4. To maintain a safe and comfortable environment in the AIA Rethink Healthy Zone, please keep your electronic devices at a low volume level and conduct yourself in an appropriate manner, including not disturbing other AIA Rethink Healthy Zone users.
5. Do not take away drinks or other items from the AIA Rethink Healthy Zone.
6. The following activities are not permitted in the AIA Rethink Healthy Zone:
1. Smoking inside the AIA Rethink Healthy Zone is strictly prohibited;
2. Bringing outside food and beverages;
3. Engaging in any unsafe act, or any other act which may impede the operation of the AIA Rethink Healthy Zone or damage its facilities;
4. Acting in an aggressive, rude, abusive, or threatening manner towards any person present in the AIA Rethink Healthy Zone;
5. Bringing animals into the AIA Rethink Healthy Zone (except for guide dogs accompanying persons with sight disability); and
6. Using the AIA Rethink Healthy Zone for unlawful or inappropriate purposes.
7. The AIA Rethink Healthy Zone is managed solely by Imagine Lab Limited (“IL”), an independent third-party company providing services on behalf of AIA. If any person is found to be in breach of any of the provisions set out in these terms and conditions (including Clause 5), IL may take any action as it thinks fit, including without limitation, refusing entry or removing such person from the AIA Rethink Healthy Zone without liability to AIA or IL.
8. All guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. AIA shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the AIA Rethink Healthy Zone by the guests.
9. Except where required by law, under no circumstances shall AIA be liable for any damage, loss or personal injury suffered by you, whether the same is caused by negligence or otherwise.
10. By entering the AIA Rethink Healthy Zone, you consent that AIA may collect, process and use your personal data captured in the image(s), video(s) and/or recording(s) for internal and/or commercial purposes.
11. AIA reserves the right to change, suspend,or terminate the services of AIA Rethink Healthy Zone at any time without prior notice.
12. Entry into the AIA Rethink Healthy Zone constitutes acknowledgement that you have read, understood and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
13. In the event of any dispute, AIA reserve the right to interpret these terms and conditions and its decision shall be final and conclusive.
14. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail the Chinese version in case of inconsistency.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any change made to these terms and conditions will be posted on the website www.aiacarnival.com/rethinkhealthyzone.
“AIA”, or “We” herein refers to AIA International Limited (incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability).
