1. Competition Organisers
1.1. The AIA Carnival x Etihad Fly Me to Abu Dhabi Competition (“Competition”) is organised by Great China Entertainment Group Limited (“GCEG”), producer of the AIA Carnival (“Carnival”), and Etihad Airways (“Etihad”).
1.2. AIA International Limited is a sponsor of the Carnival only and is not responsible for the organisation, operation, or content of the Carnival or Competition.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Competition is open only to AIA Carnival tickets purchased via aiacarnival.com or zicket.co with a valid Etihad Guest account.
2.2. Employees of GCEG, its subsidiaries, and affiliates are not eligible to participate. If participation by any GCEG employee is discovered, their entry shall be withdrawn at the sole discretion of the GCEG.
2.3. Eligibility of Etihad Airways or Etihad Guest employees shall be subject to Etihad’s internal policy and regulatory approvals.
3. Mechanics of Participation
3.1. Participants may submit an entry upon a ticket purchase for one (1) entry.
3.2. There is no limit on the number of tickets that may be redeemed by any one participant, however only the final entry will be considered.
3.3. The method of entry is Participants must hold or create a valid Etihad Guest account at the time of entering the Competition.
3.4. Only entries submitted during the campaign period will be considered valid entries.
3.5. GCEG reserves the right to close the Competition earlier than the stated end date in its sole discretion, including where required by changes in applicable laws or regulations.
4. Campaign Period
4.1. The Competition shall run from 10 November 2025 to 31 December 2025.
4.2. Only tickets redeemed during the campaign period will be considered valid entries.
4.3. GCEG reserves the right to close the Competition earlier than the stated end date in its sole discretion, including where required by changes in applicable laws or regulations.
5. Prizes
5.1. The total prize pool shall consist of 1,000,000 (one million) Etihad Guest miles provided by Etihad Guest.
5.2. Prizes will be awarded as follows:
5.2.1.1 winner will each receive 1,000,000 Etihad Guest Miles, worth for redemption for a group of five (5) to Abu Dhabi on Business (Deluxe) on the Etihad Airways website.
5.3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other substitutes.
5.4. To receive the prize, winners must hold or create a valid Etihad Guest account.
5.5. The Etihad Guest miles can be used by winners in accordance with Etihad Guest Terms and Conditions https://www.etihad.com/en-ae/legal/terms-and-conditions#etihadguest.
6. Winner Selection & Announcement
6.1. The most creative answer as selected by a panel of judges will be the Competition winner.
6.2. The winner will be announced on social media on 9 January 2026.
6.3. The winner will be notified via email, and will be required to present their registered Etihad Guest account details within 24 hours.
7. Prize Fulfilment
7.1. Etihad Guest miles will be credited directly to the winners’ Etihad Guest accounts within seven (7) working days from the announcement of the winner.
7.2. If the winner fails to provide the necessary details to access an Etihad Guest account within fourteen (14) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited without compensation.
8. Authority Approvals & Compliance
8.1. The Competition is subject to approval by the relevant authorities of Hong Kong SAR.
8.2. Both Parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and promotional regulations in connection with the Campaign.
9. Liability & Indemnity
9.1. Etihad shall not be liable for any technical or system errors in ticketing platform that may affect ticket redemption or participation.
10. General
10.1. Etihad and GCEG reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have tampered with the entry process or otherwise breached these Terms and Conditions.
10.2. By joining the Competition you unreservedly accept the Carnival statutory provisions in force and the terms set out in https://www.aiacarnival.com/legal/terms-conditions.
10.3. In the event there are inconsistencies between the English and Chinese Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
10.4. The decision of Etihad and GCEG in all matters relating to the Competition shall be final and binding, subject to approval by the relevant regulatory authority.
